Privacy policy

About this policy
This policy explains how TechSavvy Consulting, LLC handles information connected with this website and its inquiry forms. It does not replace a client service agreement or describe every activity involved in managing a client’s systems.
Information you share
When you contact us, we receive the information you provide: your name, company, email address, phone number and message. Forms may also ask about your number of users, on-site servers or preferred callback time. Required fields are marked; other details are optional.
Please do not send passwords, patient information, payment details or other sensitive information through these forms. If confidential information is needed for a service, contact us to arrange an appropriate way to share it.
How we use inquiries
We use this information to respond, understand your business needs, arrange conversations, prepare proposals and maintain related correspondence. We may also use relevant records to protect our services, resolve disputes or meet legal obligations. Submitting an inquiry does not automatically subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.
Providers that help operate the website
Our hosting and website-delivery providers process technical information needed to deliver pages, maintain reliability and protect against abuse. This can include IP addresses, requested pages, browser or device details and access times.
Formspree receives and processes form submissions, stores submission records and sends notifications to TechSavvy at sales@techsavvy.consulting. It may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details and referring pages to operate its service and prevent abuse. See Formspree’s privacy policy.
Our email and business systems also hold the correspondence we receive. Provider processing may occur in the United States or other countries where those providers operate. Providers’ own privacy notices describe their practices.
Sharing and tracking
We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information. Information may be handled by providers supporting our operations, disclosed when legally required, or used to protect our legal rights. Relevant business records may also transfer in a business sale or reorganization.
We have not added optional analytics, advertising pixels or marketing cookies to this website. This does not mean that no technical information is processed: hosting, form delivery and security services still handle operational data. Third-party pages you choose to visit may use their own cookies and tracking.
Security and retention
The website and form endpoint use HTTPS to protect information in transit. No online service or transmission method can guarantee complete security. Please share only the details needed for your inquiry.
How long correspondence and related records are kept depends on the inquiry, any resulting service relationship, and applicable legal or operational needs. Records held by providers are also subject to their retention practices. Contact us if you would like us to review information you have shared.
Your choices
You can contact us by phone or email instead of using a form. You may ask to access, correct or delete information you have provided, or ask us to stop optional marketing communications. We may need to verify your identity, and some records may need to be retained. Any additional privacy rights depend on the laws that apply to your request.
External links and support software
Social networks, article references and download destinations are separate services with their own privacy practices. Level support software can enable ongoing device monitoring and remote management after installation and enrollment. Install or enroll it only when instructed by TechSavvy and authorized for your device; service arrangements govern that access.
Children and policy updates
This website is intended for businesses, not children. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact us so we can review it. We may update this policy as the website or our practices change; the date above identifies the latest version.
